What can you get from WIC?

Individuals who qualify for WIC may receive food vouchers for products such as milk, cereal, juice, eggs, fruits and vegetables, baby foods, beans, whole wheat bread, corn or whole wheat tortillas.

The Nutrients found in WIC Foods are:  Iron, Calcium, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Folate, Protein, Zinc, Vitamin B6 and Fiber.  WIC foods are a prescription for good health.
